Order Confirmation
Hey Gorgeous! As soon as you place your order, we’ll send you a fab confirmation email—yay, your goodies are on the way! This means we've got your order in our system and your payment is pre-authorized. Next, we’ll double-check that your items are in stock and ready to ship. If they’re backordered or out of stock, don’t worry—we’ll cancel the charge and let you know ASAP. If everything’s good to go, we’ll process your payment and get your package ready to ship within five business days.
Order Shipment
Once your order is packed and ready to go, we’ll send you tracking info within 24 hours. If you don’t hear from us within six business days, just give us a shout at Sales@LuminaLaBelle.com, and we’ll get it sorted for you!
Damages
We know you’re excited to unbox your beauty treats, so please check the packaging when it arrives. If anything looks off, make a note of it when you sign for the delivery. Snap a few pics and email them to Sales@LuminaLaBelle.com so we can file a claim and get things fixed for you.
Cancellations & Refunds
Changed your mind? No worries! Just remember, if you cancel after 24 hours, there’s a $5 admin fee. If your order has already shipped, you’ll also need to cover return shipping. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
Shipping Info
We currently ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. 🇺🇸 If you're in Canada, give us a holler to see if we can arrange something special. We use the best shipping methods to ensure your goodies arrive safely, usually via UPS, FedEx, or a trusted carrier.
Returns & Refunds
If you’re not in love with your purchase, you can return standard items within 12 days of receipt. Just make sure the items are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. For return approval and an RMA number, email us at Sales@LuminaLaBelle.com or call us at (424) 242-3136. Remember, shipping charges are non-refundable, and there may be a 20% restocking fee.
Return Eligibility Criteria
We want to make sure you’re completely delighted with your skincare goodies! ✨ To keep things smooth, here’s what you need to know about returning items:
- Condition: Items must be unopened and unused. If you’ve already tried them out, we’re afraid we can’t accept returns.
- Packaging: The original packaging should be intact—no missing labels or damage. We need everything to be just as it was when you first received it.
- Expiration Date: Make sure the item has an expiration date that’s at least a year from when you’re returning it. We want to ensure it’s fresh for anyone who might buy it next!
- Commercial Viability: We need items to be in a condition where they can be sold at full price again. So, everything should look as pristine as when it left our warehouse.
- Exclusions: Some items are non-returnable. This includes things marked as non-refundable, discontinued, expired, or seasonal at the time of purchase.

- If you’re unsure about an item, just give us a shout before making the return.
- Make sure you contact us to get your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending anything back.
Return Process
To return your items, use a trackable shipping method and keep that tracking number handy! Once we get your package back in its original condition, we’ll issue a full refund minus any applicable shipping and restocking fees.
Shipping Damages & Discrepancies
If your package arrives damaged, note it right away on the delivery slip and report it within 24 hours. We may need photos to process a replacement or credit. Also, if there’s any mix-up with your order—wrong items, incorrect quantities, etc.—let us know ASAP at Sales@LuminaLaBelle.com or (424) 242-3136, and we’ll sort it out quickly.
